Life and Living
Part Seven
Living takes time. Living should be a time of enjoyment.
Have you discovered your interests and your talents?
Have you put them to use?
What do you do with your time?
The master potter crafts each one. We are made one at a time.
There is no mass production of humans. There is only one of me and one of you.
You will enjoy your time of Living if you know your interests and talents and are using them.
The master potter has made each of us for some exact and distinct purpose. By finding our interests and skills and acceptably using them, we can discover our purpose, but Living takes time.
So may we see where we "fit in" to the master potter's plan for us?
But what if I have taken the wrong path in Life and have yet to discover my talents or now have just discovered what my abilities are? Is it too late for me to get up and start over?
If this is you, be comforted that many do this.
They fall before they get up and get on the right track.
Think about this. When you began to walk, did you fall at least once before you got the walking right – and maybe even more than once?
We want to keep that living example in our thinking throughout our lives. When we fall, we get up and start again – maybe even in a new direction.
There is no disgrace in falling. The humiliation is in not getting up again and plodding on.
Remember, Living takes time, which we have if we haven’t given up.
