My Cat Smiled, And Talked To Me

I noticed it the other day
My cat smiled 
and talked to me
(under his breath.)

Why do you undress
And then, again dress
Just to get
Yourself so clean?

I also like to be clean
but my fur, 
I like to keep it on.
(Licking it clean with a purr.)
